Immune infertility has increasingly attracted attention. Anti-sperm antibodies are one of the important causes of immune infertility [1, 2]. Its production and mechanism of action are quite complex and are still unclear. This study was to observe the changes of sperm membrane fluidity, membrane integrity, and nuclear maturity in male patients with anti-sperm antibody positive to explore the causes and mechanisms of male infertility;
