马角坝电力机务段曾因SS1型电力机车蓄电池单元间串联铜条与接线螺栓接触不良,造成两起机破事故,现将事故情况介绍如下:机被Ⅰ:某机班使用SS1型227号机车,在宝成线牵引7次特快旅客列车。运行至上寺——东坝区间,发现控制电源电压表指针上下波动大。乘务员怀疑是210屏电子插件KC板损坏。于是出东坝站后与励磁电源屏互换KC板。当210屏KC板一抽出,机车控制电源立即失压。换上新插件,210屏无输出电压。列车在下一个区间竹元坝出站后,自然停车。乘务员来回倒换KC板,仍无效,请求救援。机车附
