在Na2SiO3、Na3PO4和NaOH电解液中对TC4钛合金进行微弧氧化处理。应用扫描电镜、腐蚀试验等方法研究了微弧氧化涂层的形貌特征及耐硫酸腐蚀性能。结果表明:微弧氧化提高了TC4钛合金耐硫酸腐蚀性能;在300V电压下,当微弧氧化时间从5min增长到60min时,涂层试样的耐蚀性能提高了11倍;经过60min微弧氧化处理后,涂层试样耐蚀性比TC4钛合金提高了14倍;微弧氧化液中NaOH浓度为2g/L时,微弧氧化试样的耐硫酸腐蚀性最好。
In the Na2SiO3, Na3PO4 and NaOH electrolyte TC4 titanium alloy micro-arc oxidation treatment. The morphology and resistance to sulfuric acid corrosion of MAO coatings were studied by means of scanning electron microscope and corrosion test. The results show that the micro-arc oxidation improves the corrosion resistance of TC4 titanium alloy. When the micro-arc oxidation time increases from 5min to 60min at 300V, the corrosion resistance of the coating increases by 11 times. After 60min micro-arc After the oxidation treatment, the corrosion resistance of the coating sample is 14 times higher than that of the TC4 titanium alloy.
