目的调查这起食物中毒的原因,为食物中毒监测提供科学依据和预防措施。方法收集2010年食物中毒个案调查资料进行描述性分析。结果食物中毒发病人数5例,死亡4例;牛肉是这次中毒的主要原因。结论通过流行病学调查、实验室检测和临床诊治,确诊为肉毒毒素中毒事件。要大力开展肉毒中毒预防知识的宣传教育,禁食可疑食物,避免肉毒中毒的发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning and provide scientific evidence and preventive measures for the monitoring of food poisoning. Methods A case-by-case survey on food poisoning in 2010 was conducted for descriptive analysis. Results The incidence of food poisoning in 5 cases, 4 deaths; beef is the main reason for the poisoning. Conclusion Epidemiological investigation, laboratory testing and clinical diagnosis and treatment were confirmed as botulism toxin poisoning. To vigorously carry out propaganda and education of botulinum toxin prevention knowledge, fasting suspicious food, to avoid the occurrence of botulism.
