零售企业由于商业模式的特点,必然要与数量众多的商业伙伴——供应商进行合作。在实现网上采购、在线结算等电子商务活动之前,必须解决他们之间的业务信息交换和处理问题。因此,零售企业的信息化建设必须经历几个必要的步骤:1、实现内部管理的信息化(MIS);2、实施供应链管理系统(SCM);3、导入电子交易系统(E-TRADE)。万客隆对SCM的探索、实施过程可能会给已经完成了第一阶段信息化(MIS)建设的企业一些有益的启发。
Due to the characteristics of the business model of retail enterprises, it is bound to cooperate with a large number of business partners - suppliers.
