序言数控钻床用于加工印刷电路板,存在的问题是纸带程序编制需要较长的时间,而且由于人工测量误差使钻孔精度受到很大的限制。因此需要机器本身能执行编制程序的功能,以缩短编程时间和提高精度。本文介绍一种简单的、容易实现的自编程序的方法,其优点是自动编程序所需要的电路较少,而且一部分电路与自动钻孔公用。自编和钻孔可合成一控制柜,形成一台能自动编带、自动检带和自动钻孔的多功能小型精密数控钻床。适合于生产电子设备的单位使用。
