本文对某镍矿25734名职工恶性肿瘤死亡情况进行了流行病学调查。结果表明,恶性肿瘤死亡占全死因的第一位,而肺癌死亡又居各种癌症的首位。其中矿工肺癌死亡16例,选冶工死亡7例,SMR分别为6.25、3.98,非常显著地高于当地居民(P<0.01)。与内对照组比较,矿山工作区肺癌SRR为2.90(P<0.01),选冶工作区肺癌SRR为2.08,超出量较小。
This article conducted an epidemiological investigation on the death of malignant tumor in 25734 workers in a nickel mine. The results showed that the death of malignant tumors accounted for the first cause of death, and lung cancer deaths ranks first in various cancers. Among them, 16 deaths from lung cancer and 7 death from electioneers were found, with SMRs of 6.25 and 3.98, respectively, significantly higher than those of local residents (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, SRR of lung cancer was 2.90 (P <0.01) in mine work area and SRR was 2.08 in work area of Smelting and Metallurgical Works, the exceeding amount was smaller.
