发动机悬置系统和汽车其它子系统固有特性匹配关系对降低整车振动和噪声水平有显著影响。为了得到满意的悬置系统固有特性,设计时往往需对悬置参数进行多次修改。本文将振频修改原理和模态坐标下的矩阵摄动法相结合,提出了对悬置系统固有特性进行修改的有效方法。根据本文提出的方法,对一轿车发动机悬置系统固有特性修改,得到了满意结果。这对发动机悬置系统设计、尤其对当前国内轿车设计、生产具有重要意义。
Matching characteristics inherent to the engine mount system and other automotive subsystems have a significant impact on reducing vehicle vibration and noise levels. In order to obtain satisfactory inherent characteristics of the suspension system, the design parameters often need to be modified several times. In this paper, the principle of vibration frequency modification is combined with the matrix perturbation method under modal coordinates, and an effective method to modify the inherent characteristics of the suspension system is proposed. According to the method proposed in this paper, we modify the inherent characteristics of a car engine mount system and get satisfactory results. This engine mount system design, especially for the current domestic car design, production is of great significance.
