受诸多因素的影响,农村学校在各个学科中都出现了很多学困生。他们的认知水平和思维能力都与一般孩子有很大差距,在数学方面表现得尤为明显,两极分化现象比较严重。为了能够改变这种现象,使每一个学生都能得到全面发展,为社会培养合格有用的人才,我首先就学困生的成因进行了分析。学困生指那些在学习上存在着一定的困难和障碍,学习吃力、成绩落后的学生。它的表现形式为厌学、成绩差。但这类学生的智力正常,只是不能顺利完成义务教育数学《指导纲要》所达到的要求,需要老师、家长实施特殊教育措施来补偿。结合农村数学教学实际我谈了一些粗浅的看法,简要分析了如何对学困生实行合理转化的问题。
Affected by many factors, many rural schools appear in many disciplines in school students. Their cognitive level and thinking ability both have a big gap with ordinary children, and they are especially obvious in mathematics. Their polarization is more serious. In order to be able to change this phenomenon so that all students can achieve all-round development and train qualified and useful personnel for the society, I first analyze the causes of poor students. Students with learning difficulties refer to those students who have some difficulties and obstacles in their studies, who are struggling to learn and have poor grades. Its manifestations are tired of school, poor grades. However, the normal intelligence of these students can only successfully meet the requirements of the “Guidance Outline” of compulsory education mathematics, which requires teachers and parents to implement special education measures to compensate them. Combined with the actual teaching of rural mathematics, I talked a few superficial views, a brief analysis of how to carry out a reasonable transformation of students with learning problems.
