目的了解北京某城区社区卫生服务站消毒质量现状和存在问题,为加强社区卫生服务站消毒管理工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法普查辖区内39家社区卫生服务站消毒质量现状并作出评价。结果该城区社区卫生服务站医务人员对消毒相关知识知晓率为55.8%,消毒隔离措施执行率较低。共采集各类消毒样品428件,平均总合格率为86.4%。医护人员手卫生质量合格率为67.1%,使用中消毒液合格率为64.5%,氧气湿化瓶合格率仅58.3%。结论该城区社区卫生服务站消毒效果总体合格率较低,管理不够严格,需要加强社区医疗单位医务人员消毒隔离知识培训,加强监督力度。 Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of disinfection quality of community health service stations in a city in Beijing and provide scientific basis for strengthening disinfection management of community health service stations. Methods The status of disinfection quality in 39 community health service stations in the area was surveyed and evaluated by on-site investigation and sampling and testing. Results The awareness rate of disinfection-related knowledge among medical staff in community health service stations in this urban area was 55.8%, and the implementation rate of disinfection and isolation measures was low. A total of 428 samples of various types of disinfection were collected, with an average total passing rate of 86.4%. Health care workers hand hygiene quality pass rate was 67.1%, the use of disinfectant pass rate of 64.5%, oxygen humidifier bottle pass rate of only 58.3%. Conclusion The overall pass rate of disinfection effect of community health service station in this urban area is relatively low and the management is not strict enough. Training on disinfection and isolation of medical staffs in community medical units is needed to be strengthened and supervision should be strengthened.
