一工作装置装载机是通过整机运动与工作装置的运动相配合来实现挖掘和装卸物料。如图2—1所示,装载机的工作装置由铲斗、动臂、摇臂、连杆以及液压操纵系统等组成。铲斗用于铲装物料,动臂使铲斗升降,摇臂连杆机构用来完成转斗的动作,并在动臂升降过程中使铲斗接近平移。1.结构类型工作装置分为有铲斗托架和无铲斗托架两类。有铲斗托架的工作装置如图2—2所示。其动臂5和连杆4的后端与车架铰接,前端则与铲斗托架2相铰接。托架上部铰接转斗油缸3,其活塞杆及托架的下部分别与铲斗1铰
