传统的国际贸易研究主要从国家层面和行业层面分析进口贸易对进口国劳动力市场的影响,随着微观企业数据以及微观个体劳动者数据不断出现,关于进口贸易与劳动力市场的研究更加细化。进口贸易对当地劳动力市场调整的动态变化过程表现为:进口贸易会对进口国国内企业造成冲击,带来短期失业,在此背景下,劳动力将面临跨行业或跨地区流动,但是对不同技能水平、不同性别劳动者的影响具有差异性;进口冲击导致的劳动力市场调整会影响劳动者的教育投资决策。结合中国的现实,测度进口贸易导致的劳动力流动规模、测度劳动力流动成本、利用企业层面的雇员数据测度进口贸易对企业就业和工资的影响等都是需要进一步探究的问题。
Traditional international trade research mainly analyzes the impact of import trade on the labor market in importing countries from the national and industrial levels. With the continuous emergence of micro-enterprise data and micro-individual laborers’ data, the study on import trade and labor market is more detailed. The dynamic process of import trade’s adjustment to the local labor market is as follows: Import trade will impact domestic enterprises in importing countries and bring about short-term unemployment. Against this background, the labor force will face cross-sectoral or trans-regional mobility, but different skill levels , The influence of different gender workers is different; the labor market adjustment caused by the import shock will affect the workers’ education investment decision. In combination with the reality of China, measuring the scale of labor mobility caused by import trade, measuring labor labor costs, and using employee data at the enterprise level to measure the impact of import trade on employment and wages of enterprises are issues that need to be further explored.
