目前通过组织培养进行快速繁殖的研究各地进展较快,成功的木本植物种类也较多,但是这些研究还多半停留在实验阶段,真正能用于生产的种类很少。我们通过茎尖培养进行枇杷快速无性繁殖的研究,去年(1983年)在使试管苗正常化、同步化及发根上取得进展,小批土培成活率较高,使这一技术更接近于可用于生产。今年在这些研究的基础上重点进行较大量土培中提高成活率、简化手续,研究土培中对温、光、湿的要求,并定植一批,观察快繁自根树生长的状态。现分述于后:
At present, the research on rapid propagation through tissue culture has progressed rapidly and many species of woody plants have been successfully popularized. However, most of these researches still stay in the experimental stage and there are only a few species that can be really used for production. We conducted rapid asexual propagation of loquat through shoot tip culture. Last year (1983) made progress in normalizing, synchronizing and rooting of in vitro plantlets. The higher survival rate of small-scale soil culture made this technique more accessible In the production. This year, based on these researches, we will focus on improving the survival rate, simplifying the procedure, studying the requirements for temperature, light and moisture in soil culture and planting a group of plants to observe the growth state of the root of fast propagation roots.
