编者按:十八大报告中强调,总结十年奋斗历程,最重要的就是我们勇于推进实践基础上的理论创新,围绕坚持和发展中国特色社会主义提出一系列紧密相连、相互贯通的新思想、新观点、新论断,形成和贯彻了科学发展观。面向未来,必须把科学发展观贯彻到我国现代化建设全过程、体现到党的建设各方面。确立科学发展观的指导地位,表明我们党又一次实现了指导思想的与时俱进,这是十八大的历史性贡献。回顾以往十年的发展历史,正是在扎实践行科学发展观的基础上,煤炭行业取得了长足的进步,行业整体面貌发生了深刻而巨大的变化,为保障经济和社会发展作出了历史性的贡献。
