以珍籼97A等6份籼型不育系和02428等7份粳型广亲和系进行不完全双列杂交,对亲本及F1的柱头长等7个花器性状,根据加性一显性一母体效应模型(简称ADM)采用MINQUE(1)法进行遗传分析,结果表明柱头长和柱头外露率由加性、母体及显性作用共同控制;而柱头面积、花柱和柱头总长、小穗长、小穗长宽比则均以加性效应控制为主,母体效应不存在;包颈率则以母体效应控制为主。对籼型亲本基因效应值的研究表明,协青早A和浙南1号A有明显的增加柱头长度和柱头面积的加性效应,而红突A则在提高柱头外在率方面具有良好的母体效应。对花器性状间遗传相关的分解表明,柱头长等五个性状间主要以加性与加性效应相关,并有一定的显性与显性相关。
