2002年,刘新华被任命为张家口教育学院院长。军人出身的刘新华,做事雷厉风行,永不言败。他上任后,面对学院各项制度的缺失,师资和管理人员的严重不足,他也曾犹豫过,但并没有被眼前的困难所吓倒,而是实施大刀阔斧的改革。他不断强化质量、服务和创新意识,更新教育管理理念,坚持“以市场为导向,以就业为龙头”的办学思想,以“质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校、依法治校”为宗旨,面向就业市场调整专业设置,扩大招生范围。近年来,学院开设旅游管理、物流管理等新专业20余个。 In 2002, Liu Xinhua was appointed Dean of Zhangjiakou Institute of Education. Liu Xinhua military origin, work resolutely and vigorously, never give up. After he took office, he also hesitated to face the serious deficiencies of the various institutions and the shortage of teachers and management personnel in his college. However, he was not intimidated by immediate difficulties but implemented drastic reforms. He constantly strengthens the awareness of quality, service and innovation, renews the philosophy of education management, upholds the school-based thinking of “market-oriented and employment-oriented”, “Quality Legislation, Quality Education, School ”for the purpose of adjusting the professional settings for the job market, expanding enrollment. In recent years, the college has set up more than 20 new majors such as tourism management and logistics management.
