电力企业近些年来随着社会对电能需求量的不断增加,取得了较大的发展。为了提高电力企业在社会上的竞争能力,电力企业也逐渐加强了自身精神文明方面的建设力度。加强精神文明方面的建设对电力企业的发展具有一定的指导作用。本文主要围绕电力企业精神文明建设的必要性以及强化精神文明建设的对策等进行了分析研究。
In recent years, power companies have witnessed great development with the increasing demand for electricity from society. In order to improve power companies in the community’s competitiveness, power companies have gradually strengthened their own spiritual civilization. Strengthening the building of spiritual civilization on the development of power enterprises have a guiding role. This paper mainly focuses on the necessity of building spiritual civilization in power enterprises and the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization.
