研究麦草在不同条件下的热水预抽提反应历程,探讨抽提温度、时间及液比等条件对热水预抽提的影响。研究结果表明:随着抽提温度升高及时间延长,液比降低,抽提后麦草的得率下降,抽提液的pH值降低,固形物含量和酸溶木素含量升高。通过正交实验优化,得到热水预抽提的较佳工艺条件为:抽提温度150℃,抽提时间100min,液比1:6。
The process of pre-extraction of wheat straw under different conditions was studied. The effects of extraction temperature, time and liquid ratio on the pre-extraction of hot water were discussed. The results showed that with the increase of extraction temperature and time, the liquid ratio decreased, the yield of wheat straw decreased after extraction, the pH value of the extract decreased, and the content of solid and acid-soluble lignin increased. Through orthogonal experiment optimization, the better technological conditions of hot water pre-extraction are as follows: extraction temperature 150 ℃, extraction time 100min, liquid ratio 1: 6.
