提取棉花枯萎菌ＣＦ３中的１５个单孢菌系基因组ＤＮＡ，用ＲＦＬＰ分析其遗传多样性，可以将１５个单孢菌系划分为２个杂交类型。致病性测定没有差异。对于１号和６号单孢菌系中新出现的ＤＮＡ片断的功能还需进一步证实。
Fifteen spores of Fusarium moniliforme CF3 were extracted and their genetic diversity was analyzed by RFLP. Fifteen monosomyces strains could be divided into two hybrid types. There was no difference in the pathogenicity test. The function of the newly emerged DNA fragments in Monospora Nos. 1 and 6 needs to be further confirmed.
