目的:分析鼻息肉组织中IL-22的含量和Th22细胞的表达。方法:ELISA法检测鼻息肉组织中IL-22的含量;分离鼻息肉组织浸润的单个核细胞,流式细胞术分析CD4~+T细胞表达IL-22的情况和Th22细胞的表达。结果:和对照组鼻黏膜组织相比,鼻息肉组织中IL-22的含量并无明显变化,CD4~+T细胞表达IL-22的比例上升,进一步分析发现组织中Th22细胞表达比例显著升高。结论:鼻息肉组织中Th22细胞表达显著升高,可能在局部的慢性炎症性黏膜免疫中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To analyze the content of IL-22 in nasal polyps and the expression of Th22 cells. Methods: The content of IL-22 in nasal polyps was detected by ELISA. Mononuclear cells infiltrated with nasal polyps were isolated. The expression of IL-22 in CD4 ~ + T cells and the expression of Th22 cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results: Compared with the nasal mucosa in control group, the content of IL-22 in nasal polyps did not change significantly, and the proportion of IL-22 in CD4 ~ + T cells increased. Further analysis showed that the proportion of Th22 cells in the tissues was significantly increased . Conclusion: The expression of Th22 in nasal polyps is significantly increased, which may play an important role in the local chronic inflammatory mucosal immunity.
