全日制中等以上学校学生流动現象,近日續有所发生,如株洲市五月份抽調中学生参加市文工团当演員,湘乡、醴陵等县也有抽調或預备抽調情况。这样直接影响工农业建设人材的有计划的培养与輸送,同时影响着各級学校招生任务的完成。为此,請各級党委和政府根据中央规定和今年4月省委教育工作会議“关于全日制中等以上学校学生統一管理意見” (草稿)精神,对学生,特別是今年毕业生流动現象,采取有效措施,严加控制,保证在校学生。特别是今年毕业生,不能有任何随便抽調現象,也不能有任何先斩后奏的做法。
