人胰腺癌相关抗原(spom—1)是由抗人胰腺癌细胞线产生的鼠单克隆抗体,是一种高分子量的糖蛋白质,应用敏感的夹心放免分析法发现了这种单克隆抗体。经初步研究表明span—1这种标志物对胰腺癌有高度的敏感性,作者在本报导中进一步研究了span—1对胰腺癌的诊断意义,且与其它肿瘤标志物CA19—9、CEA 和DU—PAN—2进行了比较。血清标本取自55例健康志愿者和353的患者,其中胰腺癌64例、非胰腺恶性肿瘤90例和良性疾病199例。检测方法除DU—PAN—2用EIA 分析外,其它均用RIA 分析法。CA19—9正常值上限取37u/ml,CEA 的临界值取2.5ng/ml。DU—PAN—2的阳性值为>150ng/ml,正常对照组的血清span—1水平(M
Human pancreatic cancer-associated antigen (spom-1) is a mouse monoclonal antibody produced by a line of anti-human pancreatic cancer cells and is a high-molecular-weight glycoprotein. This monoclonal antibody was detected using a sensitive sandwich immunoassay. Preliminary studies have shown that this marker, span-1, is highly sensitive to pancreatic cancer. The authors further studied the diagnostic value of span-1 in pancreatic cancer, and compared with other tumor markers CA19-9 and CEA. DU-PAN-2 was compared. Serum samples were taken from 55 healthy volunteers and 353 patients, including 64 pancreatic cancers, 90 non-pancreatic malignancies, and 199 benign diseases. The detection method uses RIA analysis except that DU-PAN-2 is analyzed by EIA. The upper limit of CA19-9 normal value is 37u/ml, and the critical value of CEA is 2.5ng/ml.
