肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1,MALAT-1)作为一种长链非编码RNA首先在非小细胞肺癌中被发现并命名,后又被证实在其他多种肿瘤肝细胞癌、膀胱癌、胃癌的发生发展中存在异常表达,说明MALAT-1作为肿瘤标记物具有广谱性。宫颈癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌作为常见妇科恶性肿瘤的“三大杀手”危害着妇女健康和生命安全,缺乏对疾病早期诊断及有效治疗方法是妇科恶性肿瘤病死率居高不下的重要原因,探寻新的肿瘤标记物及治疗靶点有着重要意义,本文就MALAT-1和常见妇科恶性肿瘤的研究进展做一综述。
