目的:建立乌药的高效液相色谱特征图谱分析方法,为乌药药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定10批次不同产地乌药的色谱图,建立特征图谱。色谱条件:选用Inertsi(ODS-3色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(29∶27∶61),体积流量为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为235nm。结果:标示出乌药的9个特征峰。结论:该方法准确,重复性好,为乌药的特征图谱质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) chromatographic profile analysis method for aconite, and to provide a basis for the quality control of OTC herbs. Methods: The HPLC chromatograms were used to determine the chromatograms of 10 batches of atractylodes lancea from different origins and establish characteristic maps. Chromatographic conditions: Inertsi (ODS-3 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-water (29:27:61), volume flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1, detection wavelength at 235nm Results: The nine characteristic peaks of Ophiopogon japonicus were marked.Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, which provides a reference for the quality control of Ophiocephala characteristic maps.
