蒸发式冷凝器具有节水、节能、结构紧凑等优点而在工业制冷等领域得到了广泛的应用。本文建立了蒸发式冷凝器性能测试实验平台,分析和测试了空气参数如湿球温度和迎面风速对蒸发式冷凝器制冷系统制冷性能的影响。以热力学第二定律为基础,通过对湿空气(火用)分析表明,蒸发式冷凝器适宜气候干燥地区使用。实验测试结果表明,对于所研究和蒸发式冷凝器,当空气湿球温度从14.7℃增大到25.7℃,制冷量和能效比分别减少了4.8%和15%,最佳迎面风速范围为2.9~3.1m/s。
Evaporative condenser with water-saving, energy saving, compact structure and other advantages in the field of industrial refrigeration has been widely used. In this paper, an experimental platform for the performance testing of evaporative condensers was established. The influence of air parameters such as wet bulb temperature and oncoming wind speed on the refrigeration performance of the evaporative condenser refrigeration system was analyzed and tested. Based on the second law of thermodynamics, the analysis of the wet air (exergy) shows that the evaporative condenser is suitable for use in the climatic and dry areas. Experimental results show that for the studied and evaporative condensers, when the air wet-bulb temperature increases from 14.7 ℃ to 25.7 ℃, the cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio decrease by 4.8% and 15% respectively, the best The head speed range of 2.9 ~ 3.1m / s.
