一、前言目前常用的电镀铁工艺所获镀铁层硬度高、耐磨性能好,在很多行业获得了广泛应用。这种镀铁层的组织结构,引起不少研究者的兴趣,大多数学者认为镀铁层是由α-Fe的晶态组织构成;也有一些学者认为是非晶态;还有认为是由微晶和非晶混合而成。镀铁层中的黑色条纹,大多数研究者认为是显微裂纹,有的认为是一种夹杂物,有的认为是一种镶嵌块状共沉积物。对镀铁层的强化机理也存在不同的解释。镀铁层的组织结构,决定着镀铁层的力学性能,又受约于电镀时的工艺参数。因此
