冠心病尤其合并严重左心室功能不全（ LVD）患者往往对内科药物治疗疗效不满意，预后差，通常死于心肌梗死、心力衰竭或严重心律失常。冠状动脉搭桥术（ CABG）是目前冠心病治疗的主要手段之一，采用 CABG重建血运后，能提高 LVD患者长期生存率。
