前言由于燃料费用张价,利用糖厂的甘蔗渣、胶合板厂的废木料、树皮之类可燃性废料作为燃料来发电和生产工业用蒸汽,工厂处理自己厂内的废料、以满足对能源的需求,这种利用可燃废料的方法:在日本正处于实施阶段中。现在愈来愈多的厂子把厂内的可燃废弃物设法作为热能回收起来。本文先对废料锅炉用废料作一分析。另文再介绍废料燃烧锅炉。可燃废料评价废料能否作为燃料的重要因素是发热量的大小。表1示出各种可燃废料的发热量,表2示出木材成分分析值,表3示出甘蔗渣成分分析值。这些都是对于废料分析得出的结果。
