目的探讨南海驻岛礁官兵守礁前后血液流变学、凝血功能、血细胞的变化,为守礁部队预防保健工作提供理论依据。方法对守礁官兵守礁前后及航海组血液流变学、凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-dimer)、血细胞进行检测。结果守礁后官兵血液流变学中全血低切黏度(low-shear blood vis-cosity)、全血中切黏度(shear whole blood viscosity)、全血高切黏度(high-shear blood viscosity)、红细胞容积(Hct)、红细胞变性指数(RBC deformation index)、红细胞聚集指数(RBC aggregation index)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)增高,血浆黏度降低与对照相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,0.05);凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间增高,纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体下降与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,0.05);血细胞分析中红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白、红细胞容积增高,红细胞平均体积体积下降,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论驻岛官兵守礁后血液流变学数值升高是血液浓缩、红细胞体积减小引起红细胞发生质和形态的改变所致。血浆黏度下降与血浆蛋白减少有关。驻礁官兵守礁后凝血酶原时间,部分凝血活酶时间延迟,纤维蛋白原降低,可能是食物结构改变、营养成分下降、新鲜食物少使维生素缺乏、加上微量元素发生变化等等使它们的合成减少而引起。

Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion The increase of hemorrheological values of officers and soldiers stationed in the island is due to the concentration of blood and the decrease of the volume of erythrocytes, resulting in the change of the quality and morphology of erythrocytes. Decreased plasma viscosity and plasma protein decreased. Reef officers and soldiers keep the reef after the prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time delay, reduce fibrinogen, may be the food structure changes, the decline in nutrients, fresh foods less vitamin deficiency, coupled with changes in trace elements and so on so that they Caused by the reduction of synthesis.
