目的:分析无缝隙护理质量管理模式在消化内镜患者诊疗中的应用价值。方法:以医院2015年5月~2016年5月收治的300例消化内镜患者为例,将患者平均分为观察组和对照组各150例,观察组采用无缝隙护理质量管理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,比较分析两组患者在护理满意度、护理安全不良事件发生率等方面的差异。结果:两组患者在护理满意度、护理安全不良事件发生率、并发症发生率等方面差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理质量管理模式,能有效弥补传统护理模式的不足,非常适合在消化内镜患者诊疗中应用,对提高诊疗效果具有良好的促进作用。
Objective: To analyze the application value of seamless nursing quality management in diagnosis and treatment of patients with digestive endoscopy. Methods: A total of 300 patients with digestive endoscopy admitted from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were divided into observation group (150 cases) and control group (150 cases) respectively. The observation group was treated with seamless nursing quality management and the control group The routine nursing model was used to compare the differences between the two groups in nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nursing safety adverse events. Results: The two groups of patients showed significant differences in nursing satisfaction, incidence of nursing safety adverse events and complication rates (P <0.05). Conclusion: The seamless nursing quality management model can effectively make up for the lack of traditional nursing model, which is very suitable for diagnosis and treatment of patients with digestive endoscopy and has a good promotion effect on the diagnosis and treatment.
