采用X-Y函数记录仪(LM20A-200型)测定了水基-碳纳米管纳米流体淬火液和水的冷却特性曲线。论述了碳纳米管(CNT)含量和温度对水基-碳纳米管纳米流体淬火的冷却特性的影响。结果表明,随CNT含量的增大,纳米流体最大冷却速度逐渐增大;并且随淬火液温度的升高,纳米流体冷却性能逐渐下降。
The X-Y function logger (Model LM20A-200) was used to determine the cooling characteristics of water-based carbon nanotube nanofluid quenching fluid and water. The effect of carbon nanotube (CNT) content and temperature on the cooling characteristics of water-based carbon nanotubes nanofluids quenching was discussed. The results show that the maximum cooling rate of nanofluid increases with the increase of CNT content, and the cooling performance of nanofluid decreases with the increase of quenching temperature.
