山东省荣成市商业局辖42个企业,设施总面积40万平方米,固定资产总值6700万元,现有干部职2125000人。近年来,荣成市商业局系统内外贸齐抓,商工业并举,在开拓综合经营、发展外向型经济等方面,进行了大胆探索,取得了较好的成效。商品销售三年平均增幅33%,1991年达到3.2亿元;商办工业产值三年平均增幅67%,1991年达到7500万元;实现利润三年平均增幅48.3%,1991年达到1310.2万元,连续三年纯利润超千万元,连续四年居全省县(市)级同行业第一名。1992年一季度,完成商品销售、商办工业产值和实现利润,又分别比上年同期增长15.2%、21.8%和5.4%。其主要做法是:
