这份资料是由中央人民政府财政经济委员会国际经济事务局转来的。其中主要是提供了有关产品质量上的问题。从我们产品在参加国外展览中所暴露出质量上的缺点来看，是相当严重的。在机床产品质量上尤以齿轮噪音很大、漏油情况严重、铸件针孔多、导面刮研粗糙，以及电气设备质量不好等最为突出最为普遍。这些问题虽早已为各厂所熟悉，但长期以来始终没有得到澈底的解决。各厂应根据这份资料具体研究，并采取有效的改进措施，希在一九五四年内，使我们产品的质量能得到显著的改进。
This information was transferred from the Bureau of International Economic Affairs of the Finance and Economic Committee of the Central People’s Government. The main one is to provide questions about product quality. Judging from the qualitative shortcomings that our products exposed in participating in foreign exhibitions, it is quite serious. In terms of machine tool product quality, gear noise, severe oil leakage, many pinholes, rough scratches on the surface, and poor quality of electrical equipment are the most prominent. Although these problems have long been familiar to all plants, they have not been resolved in a long-term manner. Each plant should conduct a detailed study based on this information and adopt effective improvement measures. In 1954, the quality of our products could be significantly improved.
