为了能够更好处理中小城市旧城改造中存在的各种问题,确保城市旧城改造工作能够顺利的进行,防止社会问题的发生,在此,分析了中小城市旧城改造的特点,结合实例探讨了中小城市旧城改造的问题,并且指出了旧城改造应当采取合理的融资模式、创新的历史遗迹保护方式以及人人参与旧城改造的对策,希望可以为旧城改造工作提供一定的参考与借鉴。
