介绍了神经网络的基本概念及两种基本类型的神经网络,重点论述了神经网络在电信网络中的主要应用。指出,神经网络可以像人类的神经中枢———大脑一样,在极其复杂、模糊、甚至对立矛盾的环境下,通过自组织和自学习,进行理解、联想和判断,进而得出最理想、最正确的处理结果。特别是在电信网中,神经网络可以通过它的自适应性,实现实时、快捷和智能化的管理,并解决电信网管理中诸多的难题。同时神经网络也会像电子计算机一样,应用到社会的各个领域。
The basic concepts of neural networks and two basic types of neural networks are introduced. The main applications of neural networks in telecommunications networks are discussed.
