分别以人型支原体(MH)、解脲支原体(UU)三个血清型(SU1、SU4与SU8)全DNA与等体积光敏生物素混合,用特种紫外光照射制备成探针。在分离培养的基础上,用上述全DNA光敏生物素探针,对82例非淋菌尿道炎病人标本作了检测,结果分离培养MH22例,UU55例;探针法检出MH20例,UU53例,两方法MH、UU阳性标本均有重叠,提示UU感染率较MH感染率高,且MH感染多数伴随在UU感染中。三型UU探针检测结果表明某一单型UU探针不能代替分离培养检测出所有型UU。
The total DNA of three serotypes (SU1, SU4 and SU8) of human mycoplasma (MH) and UU (UU) were mixed with an equal volume of biotin, respectively, and prepared into a probe by special UV irradiation. On the basis of isolation and culture, 82 cases of non-gonococcal urethritis were detected with the above-mentioned all-DNA biotin probe. Results MH22 and UU55 cases were isolated and cultured, 20 cases of MHU and 53 cases of UU were detected by probe method, Two methods of MH, UU positive specimens overlap, suggesting that UU infection rate is higher than the MH infection, and the majority of MH infection with UU infection. Three type UU probe test results show that a single type UU probe can not replace the culture detected all types of UU.
