目的分析云南省个旧市2011年恶性肿瘤发病情况。方法收集2011年个旧市恶性肿瘤登记数据,计算粗发病率、中国人口标化率(中标率)、世界人口标化率(世标率)、35~64岁世界人口截缩调整率(截缩率)及0~74岁累积率(累积率)等指标。结果 2011年个旧市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为195.32/10万,中标发病率为167.98/10万,世标率为136.27/10万,截缩率为211.71/10万,累积发病率(0~74岁)为14.61%。男女性别比为1.01:1.00。肺癌,女性乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胃癌、宫颈癌、淋巴瘤、白血病、膀胱癌和卵巢癌是个旧市的主要恶性肿瘤,约占全部新发病例的73.70%;男性发病前5位癌种分别为肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胃癌和膀胱癌,女性分别为乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌和肝癌。结论个旧市居民主要恶性肿瘤为肺癌、消化道癌和女性的乳腺癌及宫颈癌,应重点防治。
Objective To analyze the incidence of malignant tumors in Gejiu City of Yunnan Province in 2011. Methods The data of malignant neoplasm in Gejiu City in 2011 were collected to calculate the crude incidence rate, the standardization rate of Chinese population (the winning rate), the world standardization rate (World standard rate), the world population truncation adjustment rate Rate) and the cumulative rate of 0 to 74 years (cumulative rate) and other indicators. Results The crude incidence of malignant tumors in Gejiu City in 2011 was 195.32 / 100 000, the incidence of successful bid was 167.98 / 100 000, the world standard rate was 136.27 / 100 000, the rate of shrinkage was 211.71 / 100 000, the cumulative incidence was 0-74 Year old) was 14.61%. Sex ratio for men and women was 1.01: 1.00. Lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, cervical cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, bladder cancer and ovarian cancer are the major malignancies in the old city, accounting for 73.70% of all new cases; the top 5 men Cancer types were lung cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and bladder cancer, respectively, for women with breast cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer and liver cancer. Conclusion The main malignant tumors of Gejiu residents are lung cancer, digestive tract cancer and female breast cancer and cervical cancer, and should be given priority to prevention and treatment.
