在土壤含热水溶性硼为0.09mg/kg(-B)与外加硼至1.0mg/kg(+B)的条件下,盆栽70个陆地棉(GiosypiumhirsutumL)品种,以检验品种间对缺硼敏感性差异。结果表明,70个品种的地上部干物重敏感系数(-B/+B×100)为26.6~102之间。如以其干物重敏感系数小于50为缺硼敏感品种,大于90为不敏感品种,获得敏感品种3个,不敏感品种5个。在缺硼条件下叶片硼效率(单位硼所产生的干物重)与缺硼敏感系数相关性达5%水准,不敏感品种硼效率高,敏感品种硼效率低。但无论缺硼与否,吸硼量与缺硼敏感性之间没有明显相关
Under the conditions of 0.09mg / kg boron and 0.06mg / kg boron added to 1.0mg / kg (+ B) soil, 70 varieties of Gossypium hirsutum were potted in order to examine the effects of boron deficiency Sensitivity difference.
