大学语文教师缺乏专业支撑职称晋升难,导致教学积极性降低,教学观念和教学方法落后。除此之外,大学语文课堂教学中的“一刀切”和“大锅饭”现象也普遍存在,严重挫伤了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,导致了大学语文教学质量的普遍下降。学生的语文基础和学习兴趣普遍不高,只有本着因材施教和差异教学的理念,才能提高大学语文教学效果。本文论述了冀中职业学院积极探索并大胆尝试了分层教学法,教学改革收到了良好的效果。
