测定了马协细胞质雄性不育系及其保持系水稻线粒体能量释放热谱和 DSC曲线 ,探讨了它们在恒温和变温条件下能量释放规律和特性 .结果表明马协细胞质雄性不育水稻线粒体在其能量释放过程中放热量较大 ,能垒较高且机制较为复杂 ,故其能量释放速率则较其可育系小 .
The energy release thermograms and DSC curves of the mitochondria of CMS-CMS lines and their maintainer lines were determined and the energy release patterns and their characteristics under the conditions of constant temperature and variable temperature were discussed.The results showed that the mitochondria of CMS-CMS During the process of energy release, the energy release rate is higher than that of the fertile line due to the large amount of heat release, high energy barrier and complicated mechanism.
