集体合同或集体谈判,从一开始就是工人参与社会决策过程的一条渠道。然而任何试图解释集体合同的人都必须认识到,它是一个十分复杂的机制,它是一个很有弹性的决策方法,在不同国家之间有很大差别,它可以运用于各种形式的政治、经济制度。就我目前所接触的资料,从大的方面来看,对于集体合同主要有三种理解,前两种是在市场经济基础上发展起来的,后一种是在产品经济基础上发展起来的。
Collective or collective bargaining has been, from the outset, a channel through which workers participate in the social decision-making process. However, anyone trying to explain a collective contract must realize that it is a very complex mechanism. It is a very flexible decision-making method. It differs greatly from country to country. It can be applied to all forms of politics ,economic systems. From the perspectives of the information I am currently exposed to, from a large perspective, there are mainly three understandings of collective contracts. The first two are developed on the basis of a market economy and the second one is developed on the basis of a product economy.
