宿迁市苏商大厦为不规则的超限高层建筑,位于8度区。针对高烈度区的特点,首先通过减震结构与原结构的对比分析确定主体结构的附加阻尼比;其次详细介绍了主体结构的设计要点,包括结构体系、结构计算原则、主要计算结果及超限设计的抗震措施等;最后对照抗震性能目标要求,重点验算了与阻尼墙相连的构件及斜撑等关键构件。计算结果表明:采用减震设计后,主体结构整体抗震性能较好,能满足现行规范的要求,关键构件能满足大震弹性的性能目标。

The calculated results show that the main structure has better overall seismic performance and can meet the requirements of the existing codes after the shock absorption design is adopted. The key components can meet the performance requirements of the large earthquake.
