对不同周龄的Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠腹腔注射５０％半乳糖形成白内障的时间、发病率等进行了实验观察，并对不同方式复制大鼠半乳糖性白内障动物模型进行了比较，结果表明以选用出生４～５周龄的乳大鼠为宜，而在众多给糖方式中以腹腔注射为优。
The time and incidence of cataract induced by intraperitoneal injection of 50% galactose in Wistar rats of different weeks of age were observed and compared. The animal model of galactose-induced cataract in different ways was compared. The results showed that the selection of birth 4 ~ 5 weeks of age in rats is appropriate, but in many ways to intraperitoneal injection of sugar is excellent.
