本文介绍一种在切削油中钻孔的加工方式,这种方法的示意图如图1所示,其优点是:1)、由于钻头回转,切削油不断被搅动、加工孔附近能有充足的切削油。2)、充足的切削油进入加工孔中,起着很好的冷却与润滑作用,在孔加工过程中,当加工孔越来越深时,由于切屑向上排出,切削油是很难流进孔内的。3)、因四周都有切削油,工件与钻头都得到冷却,切削温度也随之降低;尤其是切屑上的热很快传给切削油,使加工部位的温度几乎不上升。4)、切屑从孔中排出,受到油的阻力,容易折断;同时切削油又将其冷却,这样切屑就不至产生烟雾。
