机械工业的铸钢生产一般多采用电弧炉炼钢。其冶炼方法都是采用传统的白渣还原法。实践证明这一方法虽然能够满足铸钢生产的要求,但由于还原时间太长,技术经济指标的提高受到很大限制。废耐火砖渣冶炼铸钢工艺与原工艺相比:具有冶炼时间短、耗电低、炉体寿命长、原材料消耗下降和生产效率高等一系列优点。采用“废耐火砖渣冶炼铸钢”工艺后,电耗:1.5吨电炉从1070度/吨钢下降到730度/吨钢;3吨电炉从762度/吨钢下
Casting steel machinery industry generally use more EAF steelmaking. The smelting method is to use the traditional white residue reduction method.
