甲状腺机能减退(甲低)是继发性高胆固醇血症的主要原因。曾有报道胺碘酮治疗能改变血浆脂类物质和甲状腺激素的水平。本文作者研究了胺碘酮所诱发的脂代谢改变是否与甲状腺激素水平的变化相关。 受试者为18例(男17,女1)需要服用胺碘酮治疗的心律紊乱的患者,平均年龄63±10岁。患者均无糖尿病和高脂血症,未服用降脂药,也无需限制饮食以减轻体重者。患者在入院后24小时开始进行研究,禁食后14小时采血,用放免(RIA)法
Hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) is the leading cause of secondary hypercholesterolemia. It has been reported that amiodarone treatment can change the level of plasma lipids and thyroid hormones. The authors investigated whether changes in lipid metabolism induced by amiodarone were associated with changes in thyroid hormone levels. Subjects were 18 (male 17, female 1) patients who required amiodarone-treated cardiac arrhythmia, with an average age of 63 ± 10 years. Patients without diabetes and hyperlipidemia, lipid-lowering drugs are not taking, there is no need to limit the diet to lose weight.
