为研究高模量添加剂粒度对沥青与沥青混合料性能的影响,首先将某添加剂原样及经研磨后的样品分别分散到基质沥青中获得两种高模量沥青胶结料样本,利用电镜扫描试验和动态剪切流变试验分析了样本的微观分散状态和宏观力学特性;进而以两种粒度的添加剂制备了高模量沥青混合料,分别利用抽提试验和混合料性能试验对比了添加剂在混合料中的熔融状态及对混合料路用性能的影响规律。结果表明:减小高模量剂粒度可实现其与沥青更好的分散与混融效果,提高沥青胶结料的存储模量,且可改善高模量沥青混合料的路用性能。
In order to study the effect of particle size of high modulus additives on the properties of asphalt and asphalt mixture, two kinds of high modulus asphalt cement samples were obtained by dispersing the original sample and the ground sample into the matrix asphalt respectively. Using electron microscope scanning test and Dynamic shear rheological test to analyze the micro-dispersion of samples and macroscopic mechanical properties; and then two kinds of particle size additives prepared high-modulus asphalt mixture, respectively, using the extraction test and the performance of the mixture compared the additive in the mixture In the molten state and the performance of the mixture with the law. The results show that reducing the particle size of high modulus agent can achieve better dispersion and mixing with asphalt, improve the storage modulus of asphalt binder and improve the road performance of high modulus asphalt mixture.
