我院内科采用三联(羟氨苄青霉素、胶体枸橼酸铋、法莫替丁)药物治疗消化性溃疡36例,疗效满意,报告如下。 1 病例 患者均经消化道内窥镜确诊为胃溃疡或十二指肠溃疡,其中胃溃疡27例,十二指肠溃疡9例。 2 治疗方法 患者均给予羟氨苄青霉素0.5,每天4次口服,连用4周停用;胶体枸橼酸铋120mg,每天4次口服,连用4周停用;法莫替丁20mg,每天2次口服,连用4周停用。治疗4周后作胃镜复查。
