目的提高特大面积深度烧伤病人微粒皮与脱细胞异体真皮复合移植后微粒皮的成活率。方法将特大面积深度烧伤病人关节等功能部位行瘢痕挛缩松解,以脱细胞异体真皮移植,戊二醛异体皮覆盖,2周后延期移植自体微粒皮。结果4周后23个部位创面一期愈合,2个部位创面二期愈合;6周后,25个部位创面全部一期愈合。结论脱细胞异体真皮结合异体皮延期自体微粒皮复合移植,具有微粒皮成活率高,瘢痕增生轻,韧性好的优点,达到自体中厚皮移植效果。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the survival rate of microparticulate skin after compound transplantation of microparticulate skin and acellular dermal allograft in large area deep burn patients. Methods The hypertrophic scar and hypertrophic scar were treated with acellular dermal graft and glutaraldehyde allograft. After 2 weeks, autologous microspheres were transplanted. Results After 4 weeks, the wounds of 23 sites were healed one time and the wounds of the two sites healed in the second period. After 6 weeks, all the wounds in 25 sites healed. Conclusion Acellular dermal allograft combined with allograft skin autograft grafting has the advantages of high survival rate of microspheres, mild scar proliferation and good toughness.
