华东工学院专利事务所是在全国开始实行专利制度的新形势推动下,于1986年1月经江苏省专利管理局批准、中国专利局公告建立的专利代理机构。其业务范围包括:提供有关专利法律的咨询、培训、授课等业务;受委托撰写和修改专利申请文件;办理专利申请和审批阶段的各项事务;代理异议程序和专利权无效宣告程序的各项事务;照管专利权,缴纳年费;代理专利权的转让或许可证技术贸易事务;代理在专利权受到侵犯时,提出申辨和起诉事务;受聘担任常年专利顾问及其他有关事务。
The patent office of East China Institute of Technology is a patent agency approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Patent Administration in January 1986 and promoted by the China Patent Office under the promotion of the new situation in which the country’s patent system began to be implemented.
